At 11:50 AM Pacific Time, jobsites across the country are being asked to pause for one minute of silence to honor the lives lost to suicide and recognize the importance of mental health and suicide prevention throughout our industry. Taking one minute to stand together sends an important message: Every worker matters. Every conversation matters. And our commitment to safety goes beyond the jobsite. Our goal has always been to send every worker home safely at the end of the day and to help make sure they are healthy and ready to come back tomorrow.
