RESIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (RMS)
The Resident Management System(RMS) is an U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) application used to document and manage USACE contracts worldwide. RMS is managed by the Headquarters USACE Construction Management Innovation Office (CMIO) and the Construction Management (CM) Technology Modernization Office (TMO).
USACE Web Based Construction Management System provides a powerful mechanism to organize and report on all quality management activities. The Government will use the Resident Management System (RMS) to assist in its monitoring and administration of this contract. The Government accesses the system using the Government Mode of RMS (RMS GM) and the Contractor accesses the system using the Contractor Mode (RMS CM).
A one-hour training course will guide students in a live version of the Resident Management System. Resources for training videos will be provided. The instructor is available to answer specific questions about RMS and its use on USACE contracts. Training will be conducted on Zoom.
This training will follow-up the Contruction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) Training. Only those working USACE Projects need to attend.
